I painted this for Brother Don Boyett and the congregation of Providence Church in Lake Providence, Louisiana. The painting depicts the front door of their church, with Jesus welcoming all who come. For over 30 years, their church has been a beacon of light in their community. It is known as the place where “you are loved”, as is proclaimed above their door to all who enter.
